About Michelle Austin

My journey

My journey into the world of kinesiology began  with a fascination for holistic healing, the awareness that emotional pain can be physically felt in the body and also knowing that the body's default mode is to restore balance and heal itself, given the right conditions.  Driven by a desire to find a way to address health issues, to find the right conditions that does not solely rely on taking medication, to find relief from discomfort, pain and improve overall well-being, I pursued extensive training at the Kinesiology College of Ireland.

How I know it works....I had been trying to give up smoking for many years without success.  Through my kinesiology training, I discovered techniques that helped me stop, with no need of patches and all the rest... If I can do it, so can you.

Now, I am dedicated to providing personalised and effective kinesiology for all.  When we take responsibility for our own health and wellbeing we develop an  awareness of what our body needs.  We have the power to change our lives for the better.

My approach

is a holistic personalised approach to healing, where each kinesiology session is tailored to your unique needs and health goals.  This makes perfect sense as no two bodies are the same, one size does not fit all and no one knows your body like you do.

During your session, we will take the time to chat about your concerns and general health and what you would wish for yourself.  To get to the root cause of issues we will use muscle response through gentle physical movement, meridian energy pathways, neuro-lymphatic points, neurovascular points and emotional stress release techniques, as the body requires, to provide the most effective and comfortable healing experience possible.

Your body has the innate wisdom to heal itself, I can  help you to access this knowledge.
